2013 Early Season Wood Duck hunt in Kentucky
Highlights of an unguided, DIY duck hunting adventure in Manitoba for bluebills, redheads, and canvasbacks. We hunted over hand carved decoys, crafted by my father years ago. My brother and I did the shooting you'll soon see. One guy filmed, one guy shot.
This was filmed in the fall of 2011, shortly before my father's passing in early 2012 due to advanced ALS. This turned out to be Dad's final trip to a place he loved so dearly.
If you enjoyed the video, please help me out with a 'thumbs up' and/or comment! I appreciate the support!
Thanks for watching this episode of TCS. I publish new hunting & fishing videos every Wednesday. See you next week!
Columbia River Big water Duck hunt. Lots of calling and birds finishing to decoys on big water. Big Sean and filming partner Riley Mclaughlin. Using the Big Mamma Duck calls from BSCC.
An awesome duck hunt in South Dakota killing fresh green heads that just arrived from Canada. Using the Beavertail Final Attack boats, we are able to get out in the center of the marsh. Being on the sweet spot is all it takes to kill mallards in your face all day long. Letting the ducks go out to feed naturally and not pushing them out at dark helped make us successful on this hunt. Watch the first half of the hunt with Big Sean and then the second half with Rookie, Jake Johnson. You will for sure have a laugh watching Jake try to get the job done. He is as "GREEN" as they come! It's late in the year and the mallards are hole shy as a son of a gun. Rusty and some good friends move back into the thickest where the mallards feel safer and put an end to about 5 limits of em'. Now this is what duck hunting is all about.
